Video dance as an art-form got a strong emphasis in the nineties. Starting from then "new technology" and video entered the stage and video dance started to be a genre on itself. When I think about esthetics and possibilities that this genre could offer, I always end up in watching experimental film from the beginning of the 20th century. I invite you to follow my thoughts and a run through different periods of time and different artistic expression that video dance showed or is showing.
