Nina: "In my classes I set the breath and sensation of the body as the foundation for movement. In a calm but nourishing, juicy way we will move through asanas in consequencially built sequences. The breath will be the point of reference to return to again and again. I will combine clear, precise alignment with the form of vinyasa. Sun Salutations, standing and seated poses, backbends, breathing excercises and short meditations will feed the body, soothe the mind and get us ready for welcoming the day."
