Through simple movements, we return to our body and become aware of the subtle energy in the body. QI GONG is a meditative movement experience as well as an energy practice. We will explore the 3 energy centers, the lower, middle and upper Dan Tian, drawing movements from these energy centers. We will also use imagery to develop sensitivity to these energy centers and to the space around us. The workshop will allow the mind to relax and open up our body to move in a spacious and meditative way
