The Chair Game brings seated bodies into motion. A group of seated bodies constitutes a collective body of spectators, such a theater audience or a group of students in a class. The chair game responds to the question of how to set into motion seated bodies? How to set into motion a classroom or a theater audience? Diego: "I learned the The Chair game from Nora Heilmann working on the project “Fieldings” in Amsterdam 2007-2008. Since then i have been making variations on the game, changing the rules and re-formulating it to different contexts."
