Vinyasa Yoga inspired by BMC®- morning classes

Vinyasa Yoga, a form of Yoga that brings movement and breath in relationship, places asanas in consequencially built sequences. In a calmly paced way we move from posture to posture finding support in body structures, using clarity, fullness, lightness of organs, bones, tissues and fluids, of cells and membranes to settle into the richness of our bodies in motion and stillness. Short pranayama/meditation will be added.

Nina Wehnert  graduated in the SME and Embodied Anatomy and Yoga Program of BMC®, and is currently in the Practitioner Program. In Berlin she teaches Yoga, Embodied Anatomy for Yoga Teachers, Contact Improvisation and BMC ®, in daily classes, in workshops, retreats and at festivals around Europe. She works as a freelance dancer, performs, and organizes Contact Improvisation events in different formats.
Her Yoga studies started at OM Yoga Center in New York (Cyndi Lee), where she received her first Yoga Teacher Training, a Yoga-school that combines clear, precise alignment with the form of vinyasa and buddhist meditation. She studied Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers and Anusara Yoga. Her deep interest in anatomy, in sensing and perceiving, the development of the body and the ongoing quest for being a human led her to BMC® and is expanding not only in her teaching but in her life!
