Sessions of SENSITIVE DANCES are completely exiting the paradigm of exercising or fine-tuning and propose any temporally and spatially structured movement as a complete, one-time, unique dance. Sessions accumulate a series of dances, refining some aspects, focus or ideas, and this accumulation serves as a substitute for the hierarchy, in the very broadest sense of the word. This practice explores the emergence of a primary movement. Movement that is light, fluid, effortless, comfortable. Movement that unites the body and is allowed to emerge from the moment and then to disappear in space. Movement that is looming, movement that is yet to become apparent, movement that is sometimes completely invisible but significant. We will begin with finer perceptions of slower dynamics, through entering different physical territory, linking space, movement and sensation. Then crossing over to the natural dynamics of movement, dynamics that are inherent in the individual body, exploring ways to launch its fluidity. Embracing gradually the understanding of space and time in which the body moves, understanding how these three instances, space - body - time, participate in the dynamics of what we call movement. Starting from the idea that movement is inherent to the body, that the body genuinely wants to move and be understood in the movement, this workshop deepens on many levels any existing physical practice.
Marjana Krajać (1974) is author of numerous choreographic works that are relevantly reshaping an understanding what contemporary dance formats can territorialize. // Sessioonid TUNDLIKUD TANTSUD, väljuvad täielikult harjutamise ja nö heaks tavaks saanud häälestamise raamidest ning pakuvad välja mistahes ajutiselt ja ruumiliselt korrastatud liikumise täieliku, ühekordse, unikaalse tantsuna. Seanssidel kogunevad tantsuseeriad, puhastades (rikastades) mõningaid aspekte, fookust või ideid, ja see kogum toimib hierarhia asendajana, sõna kõige laiemas tähenduses. See praktika uurib primaarse liikumise tekkimist. Me alustame aeglase dünaamika peenemat tajumist, läbi sisenemise erinevate füüsiliste alade, ühendades ruumi, liikumise ja aistingud. Minnes seejärel üle liikumise loomulikule dünaamikale, dünaamikale, mis on inimese kehale loomupärane, uurides võimalusi vabastada selle voolavus. Emmates lõpuks arusaamist ruumist ja ajast, milles keha liigub, arusaamist, kuidas need kolm instantsi ruum - keha - aeg, osalevad dünaamikas, mida meie nimetame liikumiseks. Alustades mõttest, et liikumine on kehale loomupärane, et keha algupäraselt tahab liikuda ja olla liikumises mõistetav - see töötuba süvendab igal tasandil mistahes olemasolevat füüsilist praktikat.
