We relate to the world from inside. From the richness of volume, structure, fluidity and space we meet our environment and the environment relates to us. From a place of listening we travel to deep tissues. We will work with different bodysystems and discover inner space and expansion. The tone of the cells give us a sensation of expanding and condensing, of lightness and fluidity, of coming and going, of being and resting. Organs give us the feeling of volume and weight, bones support us with structure. The web of fascia connects us from deep within, fluids are inner communication. Through touch and movement, through senses and perception we open for movement possibilities. Moments of presence, movement, meeting, resting and navigating through space. Subtle movement explorations and hands on will lead us into dance, refining experience for structure, space and support. Improvisation Scores and basic Contact Improvisation skills will be added.
N i n a W E H N E R T works as a freelance dancer in Berlin. She teaches regularly BMC ®, Contact Improvisation and Yoga in daily classes, workshops, retreats and festivals in Berlin and around Europe. She is certified as a Somatic Movement Educator in BMC® and in Embodied Anatomy & Yoga, currently offers an Embodied Anatomy Training for yoga teachers in Berlin. She received her yoga training at OM Yoga New York, a Yogaschool that combines clear, precise alignment with the form of vinyasa and buddhist meditation. Her joy is to immerse deeply into the exploration of movement, into the development of the body and is interested in how sensing and perceiving is unfolding into our presence.

Me suhestume maailmaga seestpoolt. Tulles mahu-, struktuuri-, voolavuse- ja ruumirikkusest kohtume me oma keskkonnaga ning keskkond suhestub meiega. Sügavate kudedeni liigume me läbi kuulamise. Töötame erinevate kehasüsteemidega ja avastame sisemist ruumi ja laienemist. Rakkude tonaalsus annab meile laienemise ja kahanemise, kerguse ja voolavuse, tulemise ja minemise, olemise ja puhkamise tunde. Organid annavad meile mahu- ja kaalutunnetuse, luud toetavad meid struktuuriga. Fastsia- e sidekoevõrgustik seob meid sügavalt seest, vedelikud on sisemiseks kommunikatsiooniks.
Läbi puudutuse ja liikumise, meelte ja tajumise avame end liikumisvõimalustele. Kohaloleku, liikumise, kohtumise, puhkamise, ruumist läbiliikumise hetked.
Peened liikumise uurimised ja praktiline lähenemine viivad meid tantsuni, täiustades struktuuri, ruumi ja toetuse kogemist. Lisaks tulevad juurde ka improvisatsiooniülesanded ning kontaktimprovisatsiooni baasoskused.

In my classes I set the breath and sensation of the body as the foundation for movement. In a calm but nourishing, juicy way we will move through asanas in consequencially built sequences. The breath will be the point of reference to return to again and again. I will combine clear, precise alignment with the form of vinyasa. Sun Salutations, standing and seated poses, backbends, breathing excercises and short meditations will feed the body, soothe the mind and get us ready for welcoming the day.

Oma tundides sean ma liikumise aluseks hingamise ja keha tunnetamise; põhjuslikult ülesehitatud jadades liigume me rahulikult, ent kosutavalt ja rikastavalt läbi asanate. Hingamisest saab lähtepunkt, mille poole ikka ja jälle tagasi pöörduda. Ma ühendan vinyasa vormi selge ja täpse kehajoondumisega. Päikesetervitused, seisvad ja istuvad asendid, seljapainutused, hingamisharjutused ja lühikesed meditatsioonid toidavad keha, rahustavad vaimu ning valmistavad meid ette päeva tervitamiseks.
